They're wearing semi-formal sort of outfits, the kind of thing a demon might wear while living with, or as part of, an aristocratic family, but not smart enough for a party, or if they were presenting themselves to the demon queen. Dia absolutely hates formal clothing, hence his looking a little disgruntled.
